Hi!! I’ve completed my G.N.M course from a college within Bangalore city limits. But unfortunately they have changed the college location twice. I tried to do home attestation(HRD) of my Transcript several times. But I couldn’t do it as address of our college had changed. Can u pls suggest me further ways to o ahead.

I need to attest Diploma from Private Institute in the year 1976 and I have done the attestation in Saudi Arabia from Indian Embassy and Ministry of Foriegn Affairs, but they need further attestation from the Saudi Embassy, Cultral Section in India, will youp please help what is the prodecure of it as from other agents I came to know that the Saudi Embassy will not attest the Private Diplomas what is the other alternate for it, please advise
